AI Innovation Project Manager

HTC Global Services is seeking an experienced AI Innovation Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of innovation Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives. The role involves managing project pipelines, coordinating business and IT stakeholders, overseeing Agile delivery, tracking budgets, and transitioning successful POCs into business-funded implementation.

Key Requirements

Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery management and sprint planning.

Strong stakeholder management across business and IT teams.

Experience coordinating vendors and external technology partners.

Experience managing the complete POC lifecycle, from intake and prioritization to execution and production handover.

Exposure to AI/ML initiatives or emerging technology programmes.

Knowledge of governance, KPI tracking, reporting, budget management, and fund utilization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage innovation POC requests, prioritization, execution, and tracking.

Coordinate delivery teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Prepare governance reports, performance dashboards, and stakeholder demonstrations.

Monitor budgets, delivery risks, dependencies, and project outcomes.

Ensure successful POC handovers and compliance with IT governance frameworks.
