### Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager (Data & Enterprise Technology Transformation) for a 12-month extendable contract in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will lead large-scale technology and data transformation programmes across multiple business functions, including Finance, Audit, Marketing, Risk, Operations, and Technology. The role involves programme planning and delivery, stakeholder management, governance, budget control, risk management, and regulatory compliance. The Programme Manager will also drive enterprise data initiatives, cloud technologies, analytics, automation, and digital transformation while ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
