Continuous Improvement & Performance Management Intern

Schneider Electric is seeking a motivated Continuous Improvement & Performance Management Intern to support its Service Operations team. This internship offers hands-on experience in process improvement, performance management, digital transformation, AI initiatives, and strategic projects within a global energy technology organisation.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.

Ability to analyse quantitative and qualitative data and present insights through clear visualisations.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.

Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to challenge existing processes.

Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and communicate effectively with leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Support continuous improvement programmes, process standardisation, and transformation initiatives.

Develop performance dashboards, reporting structures, and financial visibility tools.

Maintain programme reports, action trackers, and deliverables using tools such as MS Planner.

Create internal communications, newsletters, surveys, and engagement content.

Support AI and digital transformation initiatives.

Prepare meeting minutes, workshop summaries, and transformation reports.

Develop standardised templates and governance frameworks.
