Off-Cycle Intern – Financial Restructuring

Houlihan Lokey is seeking an Off-Cycle Intern to join its Financial Restructuring Group in Dubai. The role involves supporting financial restructuring transactions, distressed mergers and acquisitions, valuation analysis, and debt and equity raising. The intern will work alongside experienced investment banking professionals, contribute to complex financial advisory projects, and assist with transaction analysis and execution.
