Purchase Manager – FMCG

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to manage FMCG procurement operations across Sharjah and Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing products from reliable suppliers, manufacturers, wholesalers, and distributors while negotiating competitive prices and favorable commercial terms.

Key responsibilities include managing supplier relationships, monitoring market trends and product pricing, maintaining optimal stock levels, identifying fast-moving products, and ensuring product availability. The role also involves coordinating with Sales and Warehouse teams, monitoring purchasing costs and profit margins, evaluating supplier performance, maintaining accurate ERP records, and preparing procurement reports using MS Excel.

**Requirements:**

• Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG purchasing or procurement.
• Strong supplier sourcing, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of FMCG market trends, pricing, margins, and inventory movement.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/procurement systems and strong MS Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work closely with Sales, Warehouse, and other internal teams.
• **Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.**
