Contract Recruiter

Sunset Hospitality Group is looking for a dynamic and proactive Contract Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. The role involves managing high-volume and specialised recruitment across its lifestyle hospitality portfolio, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent.

Key Requirements

3–5 years of recruitment experience within lifestyle hospitality

Pre-opening recruitment experience highly preferred

Strong talent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct search

Experience managing multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills and fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage

Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines

Must be based in Dubai or available to relocate immediately

Immediate availability or a short notice period preferred

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment across hospitality venues

Source, screen, and assess candidates through multiple channels

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and market trends

Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and offers

Build talent pipelines for current and future vacancies

Maintain an excellent candidate experience

Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
