Wellsite Supervisor CTD

LanceSoft is seeking a Wellsite Supervisor – CTD to oversee coiled tubing drilling operations, ensuring safe and efficient execution, pressure testing, hydraulic modelling, well control, and operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Review drilling programmes, operating procedures, and contingency plans before operations

Coordinate drilling parameters, hydraulic modelling, and wellbore stability

Supervise pressure testing, ESD function testing, and shutdown procedures

Monitor wellhead pressure (WHP), bottom-hole pressure (BHP), and underbalanced drilling conditions

Ensure compliance with operating procedures, safety standards, and contingency plans

Coordinate with CT engineers, drillers, client representatives, and wellsite teams

Monitor coiled tubing operating limits and recommend safe operating parameters

Prepare and maintain Daily Drilling Reports (DDR), End-of-Well Reports (EOWR), NPT records, and job logs

Supervise well flow tests, equipment flushing, rig-down, and rig-move activities

Key Requirements

Strong technical knowledge of coiled tubing drilling (CTD) operations

Experience with underbalanced drilling, hydraulic modelling, and well control parameters

Knowledge of pressure testing, ESD systems, and shutdown procedures

Ability to manage operational documentation and daily reporting

Strong safety awareness, communication, and coordination skills
