SAP Project Management Professional

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Management Professional with strong expertise in SAP Cutover Management to support a large-scale SAP implementation. The role focuses on coordinating deployment activities, ensuring go-live readiness, and managing a smooth transition to business operations.

Key Requirements

12–15 years of experience in SAP Project Management

Strong hands-on experience in SAP Cutover Management and go-live deployments

Experience across the SAP implementation lifecycle, including SIT, UAT, deployment, and hypercare

Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills

Ability to manage multiple workstreams, risks, and project dependencies

Excellent planning, communication, and organisational skills

Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities

SAP certification is an advantage

Experience leading large-scale SAP transformation programmes is preferred

Key Responsibilities

Lead SAP cutover activities across design, build, testing, deployment, and go-live

Develop and manage cutover plans, schedules, checkpoints, and readiness assessments

Coordinate with business, functional, technical, testing, and infrastructure teams

Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies

Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide leadership updates

Maintain deployment plans, test scripts, documentation, and cutover runbooks

Ensure compliance with project governance and quality standards

Support post-go-live stabilisation and transition activities
